Here is the selected logo for the Bicentennial. It was unveiled at the
Valley City Street Fair August 22. 2008. A contest was held, open to the
public. The winner was Kristine Schaefer of Valley City. Her contribution
was selected from those submitted. She was awarded a $100 prize.
