This building was constructed circa 1890. It has served many functions. From the 1930's into the 1960's it was the gathering place for entertainment. It housed the Town Hall Theater, which later became the popular Dianne Theater. Until quite recently it has housed the seat of government for Liverpool Township, that is, the Township Trustees and Zoning Office. It is currently vacant.
