Cindy Kintop has re-upped for a second term so is both incoming and outgoing Chamber President. Cindy is the Broker/Owner of Forestwood Realty, on Center Rd in Valley City, and has been an active Valley City Chamber member since locating her business here in 1998. Forestwood Realty was established in 1971 by her late father, Robert V. Kustis. Cindy was licensed as a Realtor in 1976 and assumed ownership of the company when he passed away in 1985. She earned her Associate Degree from Cuyahoga Community College and her Bachelor's Degree from Cleveland State University. She was active in the Brunswick Area Chamber of Commerce for many years serving as a Director and then elected President in 1999. She stepped down from that position a month later to care for her mom who had been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Cindy is a Director on Brunswick's Old Fashioned Days Committee, a trustee of the Brunswick United Methodist Church., member of the Memorial Elementary PTO, Secretary for the Medina County Board of Realtors and a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Medina County. She was elected 2008 Medina County Realtor of the Year by the Medina County Board of Realtors. Widowed two and a half years ago, she resides in Brunswick with her 10 year old daughter, Katie.
