Sure can. And we are!
Liverpool is a 5 mile square township, under the governmental authority
of Trustees, according to Ohio law.
Valley City is the Post Office name. It includes the four mail delivery

townships. Sometimes they do not quite cover each address in the township.
Most people use the names interchangeably, and for most purposes they
Liverpool Township is a semi-rural

established as Liverpool Township. The Post Office name was changed to
Valley City in 1910 to distinguish it from East Liverpool, Ohio. The population
is reported by the Year 2010 Census as 5127. The remaining farmland
is rapidly being converted to housing. Valley City is home to Medina Countys
largest industrial park of over 900 acres. Census
